You will stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort or other concerning symptoms.
If you are pregnant, postnatal, recovering from injury, or have any medical condition, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Muscle strain
Injury
Illness
Serious harm in rare cases
By using the Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
You are solely responsible for:
Exercising within your personal limits
Ensuring your exercise space is safe and free from hazards

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holly Bradshaw Pilates shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Fees for subscriptions, memberships or digital content are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases.
However, by purchasing and accessing digital content immediately, you expressly:
Request immediate access to the digital content; and
Acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once streaming has begun.
Unless otherwise stated, payments for digital content and subscriptions are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for failure to access content due to:
Poor internet connection
Incompatible devices
Technical issues outside our control

Videos
Audio

Graphics
Branding
is owned by or licensed to Holly Bradshaw Pilates and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Use content for commercial purposes
Teach or deliver our classes as your own
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
Upload malicious software
Interfere with other users’ access
Use automated systems to extract data
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.
If community features are introduced, users must:
Treat others with respect
Refrain from harassment, discrimination or abuse
Avoid self-promotion or spam
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach community standards.

This Liability Waiver (“Waiver”) is between you, the participant (“Participant”, “you”, “your”), and Holly Bradshaw Pilates (“we”, “our”, “us”), a UK-based on-demand Pilates and fitness content provider.
By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using any of our on-demand fitness content (“Services”), you agree to the terms of this Waiver.
You acknowledge that:
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks of injury, illness, and in extremely rare cases, serious harm or death.
The Pilates classes and other movement sessions delivered through the Services involve physical exertion, stretching, strength-building, balance and flexibility training.
You are participating voluntarily and of your own free will.
By using the Services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You are in good physical health and capable of participating in physical exercise without undue risk.
You have consulted a medical professional if you have any concerns about your health, are pregnant, postnatal, have been advised to follow a doctor-approved exercise programme, or have an injury or health condition that could be affected by exercise.
You agree that you will:
Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, or other signs of physical distress.
Take responsibility for your own safety, exercise intensity, and the suitability of the environment in which you engage with the Services.
You expressly assume all risks associated with participation in classes and activities provided through the Services, including but not limited to:
Sprains, strains or musculoskeletal injury
Loss of balance, slips or falls
Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
Injury resulting from improper technique or lack of supervision
Property damage
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
You release, waive and discharge Holly Bradshaw Pilates and its directors, officers, instructors, agents, representatives, employees, contractors and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may be sustained as a result of participation in the Services, whether arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
You understand that:
The Services are on-demand video content, not live instruction.
We do not supervise your movement in real time.
No personal trainer or one-to-one relationship is established by your use of the Services.
You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your form, execution, and timing is appropriate for your ability level.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of this Waiver, or any third-party claim related to your participation.
This Waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to this Waiver shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
By continuing, you acknowledge that:
You have read this Waiver in full.
You fully understand its terms.
You agree that this Waiver is binding and enforceable.
You voluntarily consent to the terms.
