Hi, I’m Holly — founder of Holly Bradshaw Pilates


I discovered Pilates at 15 years old whilst recovering from chronic back pain. What started as rehab quickly became something that changed my life. Pilates not only helped me feel physically stronger, but supported my mental health during some really formative years.


In 2023, while expecting my son, I finally took the leap and qualified as an instructor. Now, I’m here to share Pilates in a way that feels accessible, balanced and genuinely supportive.

• 20-30 minute Pilates sessions for all levels

• Strength & mobility focused sessions

• Bodyweight & minimal equipment style classes

• Guided relaxation sessions


My goal is simple: to help you create a pocket of peace in your day, feel stronger, and finish each session feeling calmer and happier.
